For rental rates and agreement please download the appropriate agreement and bring completed forms and payment to the Finance Office.
Rentals are Available All Year Long
Refundable fees are a set amount of money returned to the renter for the considerable care of the facility.
Considerable care means that the facility is clean and none of the equipment or parts of the shelter have been destroyed or damaged.
All Payments must be made to the Finance Office with Cash, Check or Money Order.
Olympic size, waterslide, food stand, baby pool, lounging area, picnic tables, 5 lifeguards for the big pool, 1 lifeguard for the baby pool.
No more than 400 people in the pool at one time.
No Alcoholic Beverages or glass containers in the pool area!
Concession stand is extra and arrangements must be made with the vendor.
Shelter & Lodge Rentals
Lodge Rentals include Lodge, Pavilion #1, Shelter #9 $400 for residents and $450 for nonresidents and refundable cleanup fee $100.00 holds up to 300 people.
If shelter is used either Saturday or Sunday, the baseball field is included in the rental.
Pavilion #2 – $200 with 12 tables and a barbecue pit and a refundable cleanup fee of $40
Shelters #3 (6 tables) – #4 (4 tables) – #5 (4 tables) – and #6 (4 tables) – $110.00 with and a barbeque pit. Refundable cleanup fee: $30.00
Shelter #3 – Left side going out of park/across the street from the Baseball field.
Shelter #4 – Behind the Little League Field/Lower Park
Shelter #5 – Around first turn of Clairton Park Road/In the corner where the road bends.
Shelter #6 – Right off the swimming pool parking lot.
Baseball Field Rental
